The oversized tote is designed with extra tough recycled poly ripstop fabric with highly weather resistant TPU laminate and DWR finish. It’s sturdy enough to haul sharp climbing gear, and will stand up and open on it’s own when empty, making it the perfect platform for changing in/out of a wetsuit or fishing waders.
Additional details worth noting include two buckle clasps to secure your load so nothing bounces out during the haul, and reinforced daisy chains on the exterior for lashing on extra gear. Large, reinforced double handles make it easy for carrying over your shoulder or in your hand like a shopping bag.
The recycled material Black Hole Tote is part of a company-wide initiative to eliminate the use of virgin materials and exclusively use 100% renewable and recycled raw materials. All told, this season’s Black Hole bag collection used 10 million plastic bottles in production—each 55L bag contains the equivalent of 33 plastic bottles—saving said material from ending up in a landfill without reducing quality or functionality.
